How I Work

Support that meets you where you are

I offer a warm, collaborative and trauma-informed space where you don't have to be "better" or "fixed". Whether you're seeking counselling for anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, trauma, burnout or a significant life transition, we work at a pace that supports both your nervous system and your real life, not an idealised version of healing.

Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we'll gently explore the patterns, beliefs and experiences that may be shaping how you feel today, helping you develop greater self-understanding, resilience and self-trust.

Every person is different, so I tailor therapy to your individual needs. Depending on what feels most helpful, our work may include:

  • Integrative counselling and reflective talking therapy

  • Nervous system regulation and somatic-informed approaches

  • Understanding attachment patterns and relationship dynamics

  • Exploring identity, self-worth and reconnecting with your authentic voice

  • Working through grief, shame and emotional overwhelm

  • Support through life transitions such as motherhood, separation, menopause, career change or loss

  • Practical tools and therapeutic techniques to support lasting change between sessions

What our work together may include

Close-up of a woman with curly red hair, smiling slightly, resting her chin on her hand, with a neutral background.

I work with women and men, parents, creatives, and people who feel they have outgrown old versions of themselves but are unsure what comes next.

Some of the most valuable things I bring to my work weren't learned through training alone.

They've been shaped by years of supporting people through birth, grief, trauma, relationships and profound life transitions, alongside my own experiences of loving deeply, losing deeply, rebuilding and discovering that self-compassion creates far more lasting change than self-judgement ever could.

Those experiences don't make me an expert on your life, but they do mean I'm not afraid of its complexity.

People often tell me they feel calmer simply by talking with me. I believe that's because feeling deeply heard, without judgement or pressure, creates the safety needed to understand ourselves more clearly. From there, meaningful and lasting change becomes possible.

You don't need to arrive with everything figured out.

We simply begin where you are.
